About Sedimentality

At Sedimentality, we’re all about food, wine, travel… and inspiring others to share our love of these three things that make life better! Fun food and wine facts, new recipes, quality wines, unique food and wine pairings, fascinating culinary history… we’re a little bit of everything “tasty”.

What does “sedimentality” mean?

Sediment:

(noun) the small particles of skins, leaves and stems which settle to the bottom of a bottle of wine. The sediment should be left behind when pouring wine from a bottle.

Mentality: (noun)

1. The characteristic attitude of mind or way of thinking of a person or group.
2. The capacity for intelligent thought.

Sedimentality:

(noun) thoughts on the wine and culinary worlds that settle and that are worth sharing.
