As always, thank you to each and every reader who takes the time to visit Sedimentality! I can’t tell you how much it means to me to know that there are people from around the world who take the time to read a little about food, wine, and travel. I hope you learn a little something new each time you visit, and I hope you leave this page inspired to travel, cook…or both!
You may have noticed that March posts were scant. This is the first time since Sedimentality launched in January of 2011 that I haven’t religiously posted! Truth be told, like all of us, I’ve been swamped. March marked the beginning of a new writing gig, and I’ve spent my mornings teaching, my afternoons fervently writing, and my evenings enjoying the delicious recipes my loving husband is kind enough to cook for his exhausted wife.
I’m hoping to get back on track in April (I’ve got 17 delicious wine reviews just waiting to be written!!!) but for now, I’m taking a much-needed break…in beautiful Kauai! I’m leaving you with a few shots (just from the old iPhone; nothing fancy) to share a little bit of the island’s beauty with you.
