We snapped this shot at Don Saverio in Palermo. Sometimes, a parrilla doesn’t have to be a drawn-out meal of course after course: hopping into Don Saverio, sitting at the bar and ordering some mollejas, chorizo and morcilla (washed down with some Quilmes) was a perfect way to spend the evening. Watching our asador work the parrilla was added entertainment!
